Paolo Morosetti
FOUNDING PARTNER
Paolo has extensive experience advising Italian and international family enterprises on family business, strategy, and organisational development, and leadership.
He serves as an independent board member of several medium-sized and large privately owned family businesses.
Since 2000, Paolo has been affiliated with Bocconi University in Milan, where is currently Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management and Technology. He teaches Corporate Strategy, Competitive Strategy, and Strategic Management of Family Businesses, a course for which he also serves as Director. He also teaches at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he previously served as Director of the Executive MBA program and has been Director of the Strategic and Entrepreneurship Department.
Paolo collaborates closely with the Italian Association of Family Businesses and the Family Business Network International (FBN), and the Confederation of Indian Industry - FBN India. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at national and international conferences on family business.
He is a Fellow of the Family Firm Institute (FFI) and a member of the International Family Enterprise Research Academy (IFERA).
He is co-author of the book 'Le Vie della crescita. Corporate Strategy e diversificazione' published in 2018 by EGEA and translated into English in 2020 under the title 'Corporate Strategy for a Sustainable Growth.' He also edited 'Family business: costruire un futuro sostenibile. Dialoghi fra imprenditori e accademici' published by Rubettino Editore in 2003 on the initiative of AIDAF, the Italian Association of Family Businesses.

Manuel has gained extensive advisory and management experience within international groups and family-owned businesses, working closely with entrepreneurs and senior executives on growth strategies, M&A transactions, business development, governance, and transformation projects.
After beginning his career at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, one of Italy's leading law firms, he developed a multidisciplinary professional profile that combines strategic advisory, executive leadership, and legal expertise.
Throughout his career, he has worked across the luxury, packaging, retail, consumer goods, fitness, sports, and technology sectors, helping organizations navigate growth, innovation, international expansion, and transformation.
He graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2015 and earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna in 2023. In 2026, he completed the Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi.
Manuel is admitted to the Italian Bar and teaching associate at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Department of Law.
